How is Red Echoes different from a typical IT provider?
Most providers focus on keeping systems running. We start with what the business is trying to achieve, give you a clear recommendation, and then stay accountable for delivery.
Who will we actually work with?
You get one senior point of contact who owns the relationship. For delivery, we bring in experienced specialists for each piece of work, under the Red Echoes name, so you’re never passed between vendors.
How do engagements usually start?
With a free consultation, then a short assessment of where you are today. From there we agree on either a scoped project or an ongoing arrangement.
Do you offer ongoing support or just projects?
Both. Some clients work with us on a single project; others work with us on an ongoing basis through managed services or a fractional leadership arrangement.
Where are you located?
Our office is in Schaumburg, Illinois, in the Chicago suburbs, and we also work with clients remotely.
